At its core, it means everyone is welcome.
However you identify, whatever your background, if you want to play football without judgement, this is your team.
It also means showing up where it matters. We’re visible at Pride events, Midsumma and community days, and we actively build relationships that push the game forward. Through our work with partners like Football Victoria, Melbourne Victory and others across the sporting landscape, we help move football toward something more inclusive, visible and built to last.

We take football seriously.
We train to improve, we play to win, and effort is expected. Sessions are structured and development matters.
What we’ve removed isn’t competitiveness, it’s the baggage that made traditional football spaces hostile or draining.

Simply put, we do both.

We’re governed by our community, with people who have lived experience making up the majority of our leadership. We also keep learning, reviewing and changing when needed to make sure we’re genuinely including everyone who wants to play football.

Many of our players are returning after long breaks, often playing for the first time since high school. Others have never kicked a ball before. We’re set up for both.
Our coaching team works just as hard with new players as they do with experienced ones, because improvement is the point.
